xFText

Add text and bitmap elements to Clarion application frames

Clarion 5.5+ ABCLegacy

Place configurable text, 3D-style text, and bitmap images on application frames, update them at runtime, and respond to mouse interaction.

xFText makes it easy to add text and bitmap elements to the frame of a Clarion application.

Text can be positioned around the frame, styled like normal or 3D text, changed at runtime, and used as an interactive element when the user clicks it.

Text and image control

Font name, size, style, color, and character set can be configured. 3D-style text can use separate normal, light, and dark colors along with configurable offsets.

Bitmap images can also be placed on the application frame and can be included inside the executable as resources.

Runtime interaction

Text and image elements can be added, changed, or removed while the application is running. Left- and right-click interaction can execute application logic.
